Proposal Submissions

Participation in the P3 Fund is initiated through a proposal-based intake process and does not constitute acceptance or approval of participation unless formally confirmed. Applicants define the nature of their intended engagement, including proposed contributions, delivery modality, and relevant areas of collaboration. All submissions are subject to review for alignment with programmatic priorities, implementation feasibility, and operational capacity.

Contribution Types

Submissions may include one or more of the following contribution modalities: 

• Financial contributions supporting operational and programmatic activities
• Facilities, and other physical assets that support operational infrastructure
• Advisory, technical, and subject matter expertise for development projects
• Strategic network access and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Review Process

Engagement is confirmed only upon acceptance and completion of onboarding requirements. Approved engagements may be coordinated through designated programmatic or institutional partners, depending on implementation structure and jurisdictional requirements.
